Founder of Xperk is Koen van der Perk, who started its working life in the hospitality service before moving to the offshore industry in 2003. Having served 18,5 years in various (senior manegerial) roles at Heerema Marine Contractors and Seaway 7, Xperk was founded in January 2022. Supported by a bachelor degree in Management, Economics and Law, a post graduate program in English law and legal English, complimented by the TGM course at INSEAD, he has a solid background in a variaty of subjects. Xperk works closely together with other (independent) specialists to ensure the appropriate knowledge and experience is available to support its clients to the highest possible standards.
