TenneT is a TSO for the Netherlands and parts of Germany. To accomodate the Dutch and German offshore wind ambitions, they are conducting the largest ever offshore program to install up to 20 2GW platforms, weighing up to 35,000mT each. In support of this huge undertaking, Xperk is providing expert support for the offshore transport and installation and supporting activities.

Pending the start of the new manager, Xperk supported Sif in the position of General Counsel for a period of 5 months to bridge the gap in time. The collaboration was further strengthened by adding the support to temporarily lead the project management department in a challenging period, supporting to initiate the bleuprint for repositioning the department.

Xperk holds a 40% ownership in Penthus, a company that developed a new innovative method to install 3XL monopile foundations for offshore wind turbines, with a unique newly designed vessel. With the IP owned by Penthus, the company is looking to take its next steps to introduce this new method/vessel in the market.

On a case by case basis, Xperk supports Mourik on commercial and contractual topics, primarily linked to collaborations with companies introducing new technologies and equipment for industrial cleaning services.
